There was a building lot prepped for a new house in the Brentwood Subdivision. Dustin allowed us to make modifications to the floor plan and provided a building cost based upon our changes and specifications. Dustin provided us with a schedule of when we needed to make selections for all items and construction proceeded uninterrupted to completion. It was a pressure free experience.
